GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Vallescaia.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Agriturismo Vallescaia, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Agriturismo Vallescaia sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Agriturismo Vallescaia in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Agriturismo Vallescaia promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The booking request becomes binding for the structure only later the dispatch of a receipt that attest the payment of the deposit.

As far as your reservation will be confirmed, you will receive a voucher (confirm via mail o via fax) that you have to present at the check-in upon your arrival by us.

- Arrival: the apartments will be at your disposal after finishing the cleaning necessary for the new stay.
- Departure: the apartments must be free at 09.30 the day you leave.
- The rooms rate includes: taxes and service, light, gas for kitchen untill 3 mc, water, final cleanings.
- The reservation is valid only after received the deposit in the following 5 days of the confirmation, after this time it is considered anulled.
- balance: by cash at check in
- The guest must pay a warranty deposit of EURO 100,00 to be used in case of damage, that will be returned at the end of the stay.
- Linen: on request it's complete supplied for the kitchen, room and bathroom. The price is 8,00 Euro per person per week.
- Linen replacement: on saturday.
- In the low season's weekends and weekly holidays is applied the medium season's price.
- Animals are not admitted.

Withdrawal conditions
The renunciation to the booked period, in any moment it is communicated, will involve the lost of the deposit.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Agriturismo Vallescaia, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
